Global Expansion
Imago Systems is expanding its international commercial footprint through strategic partnerships designed to accelerate the adoption of ICE Reveal and ICE Insight following regulatory clearance. These relationships provide Imago with established channels into key international markets while creating a foundation for broader global commercialization.
Argentina & Latin America
Imago has entered into an agreement with LATAM Partners to support the commercialization of ICE Reveal across Argentina and broader Latin American markets. Following FDA clearance, the company expects to pursue the required ANMAT registration in Argentina, with the regulatory process anticipated to move forward following U.S. clearance.
The partnership provides a platform for initial commercialization in Argentina while establishing a pathway for expansion into additional Latin American markets. LATAM Partners has structured commercial objectives around the broader TAM/SAM/SOM opportunity, with the potential to scale distribution as clinical adoption develops.
Egypt & Middle East
Imago has signed a Sole Agency Agreement with Noble Intelligent Medical Solutions, based in Cairo, Egypt, providing exclusive distribution rights for ICE Reveal and ICE Insight in Egypt and the broader Middle East.
The partnership is expected to support regional commercialization and market development, including potential localized validation activities with leading mammographers and interventional cardiologists. These initiatives are intended to establish regional clinical credibility and help introduce Imago’s Visual Intelligence™ platform to healthcare systems throughout the region.
India & South Asia
Imago is also advancing a strategic relationship with Innvolution, an India-based healthcare technology and distribution company, to support the commercialization of ICE Insight in India.
The relationship includes plans for a 90-day pilot across approximately 10 cardiac catheterization laboratories, providing an opportunity to demonstrate ICE Insight’s value in real-world clinical environments and establish a foundation for broader adoption. Subject to successful validation, the partnership is expected to result in a CDSCO cleared product offering in India and eventually into additional South Asian markets.
India represents a significant opportunity for Imago given the country’s large and growing cardiovascular healthcare market. The Innvolution relationship provides Imago with an experienced local partner and a potential pathway to scale ICE Insight across hospitals and cardiac centers following the necessary regulatory and commercial milestones.

Imago’s strategy is to combine regulatory progress in the United States with regional distribution and commercialization partnerships that can accelerate international market entry. As ICE Reveal approaches anticipated FDA clearance in the first quarter of 2027, and ICE Insight advances through clinical validation and future regulatory milestones, Imago is building a scalable international platform for the deployment of its Visual Intelligence™ technology across breast imaging and cardiovascular care.
