ICE Insight – Cardiovascular

In parallel with its breast imaging progress, Imago Systems is rapidly advancing ICE Insight, its next-generation cardiovascular imaging platform designed to enhance fluoroscopy and interventional cardiology workflows. Developed to address one of the largest and fastest-growing segments of medical imaging, ICE Insight leverages Imago’s proprietary visualization technology to provide cardiologists with improved clarity, contrast, and decision support during procedures.

A cornerstone of this initiative is Imago’s collaboration with Innvolution Technologies (India), one of the fastest-growing fluoroscopy and cath lab providers outside the United States. Through this partnership, Imago has successfully deployed its first local virtual machine (VM) prototype and is laying the groundwork for a formal FDA submission. This collaboration represents a strategic entry point into international markets, where demand for advanced cardiovascular imaging is accelerating.

Key milestones recently achieved include:

• Development of a fully deployable VM installation package optimized for integration with Innvolution’s Pinnacle Cath Lab system.
• Establishment of plans for cardiologist-led field studies at 3–4 leading clinical sites, designed to validate workflow efficiency, ease of integration, and clinical impact.
• With deployment targeted to more than 600 institutions over the next two years, ICE Insight is positioned to become a leading global decision-support tool in cardiovascular care. By aligning with Innvolution’s growing international footprint, Imago is not only accelerating development and regulatory pathways but also laying the foundation for broad adoption across emerging and established markets alike.

This progress reflects Imago’s broader vision: building a multi-application imaging platform that empowers physicians worldwide to deliver more precise, confident, and timely care.
